This service provides psychoanalytic consulting and coaching. It is explicitly not psychotherapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or psychiatric services. No diagnosis of psychiatric, psychological, or medical conditions is provided. Sessions are structured conversations designed to support thinking, clarity, and decision-making around questions of identity, meaning, relationships, and life direction.
The service is provided by Rozek Industries Ltd, a UK limited company (Company Number 16474200), offering international consulting via secure video call.
This service is available to individuals aged 18 and over. By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 or older and capable of entering into this agreement.
This service is not suitable for individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis, acute mental health emergency, or serious thoughts of self-harm. If you are in a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional in your jurisdiction immediately. In the UK, you can contact your GP, call 111, or attend the nearest Accident & Emergency department. In the US, you can contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or go to the nearest emergency room.
If at any point during the work it becomes clear that clinical or psychiatric support would be more appropriate than consulting, this will be communicated directly, and you will be referred to appropriate professionals in your area.
Sessions are booked through the booking system on the website or by direct arrangement. The current fee is $200 for a 45-minute session. This fee may be subject to change with notice.
Payment is collected at the time of booking, prior to the session taking place. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder or account holder for the payment method being used. You accept full responsibility for all charges incurred through your booking.
A confirmation email containing the session details and secure video link will be sent within minutes of successful payment.
Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice prior to the scheduled session time will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. This policy exists to protect time reserved for your session.
No-shows (clients who do not attend a booked session) are non-refundable. If you experience a genuine emergency and cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible — we may consider your circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Late cancellations or late arrivals will be treated according to the 24-hour notice policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session may be rescheduled rather than extended.
If clinical or psychiatric issues emerge during a session, or if it becomes clear that mental health crisis support would be more appropriate, the session facilitator will communicate this directly and will provide guidance on finding appropriate local professional support. This may include referral to a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or appropriate emergency services.
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support. By using this service, you agree that Rozek Industries Ltd is not responsible for arranging clinical care on your behalf, though we will provide guidance on how to access appropriate services in your area.
Sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following circumstances where we are legally or ethically obligated to do so:
When there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others; when we receive a valid legal court order requiring disclosure; when disclosure is required by law or regulation; or when you provide explicit written consent to share information.
We will inform you directly if we become aware of a situation requiring disclosure, to the extent legally possible.
Session notes may be kept for professional purposes and retained according to UK professional standards. These records are kept securely and separately from payment information.

Session content: All insights, discussions, and ideas that emerge during your sessions belong to you. You may use these discussions for personal development, further work with other professionals, or any lawful purpose. There is no restriction on how you apply or discuss session content in your own life, though we ask that you respect confidentiality if you discuss Rozek Industries Ltd's services with others.
Website and service materials: All content on the website, including text, design, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rozek Industries Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without explicit written permission.
This service provides consulting and coaching support. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention. Rozek Industries Ltd cannot be held liable for:
Any decisions you make based on session discussions; any outcomes or consequences related to your personal or professional life; your choice not to seek clinical or professional support when needed; any technical issues with video calls or platform failures beyond our control; or any third-party actions or services we refer you to.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Rozek Industries Ltd's total liability for any claims arising from this service is limited to the fee paid for the session in question. This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
You accept this service on an "as-is" basis. Rozek Industries Ltd makes no warranties regarding outcomes or specific results.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this service agreement, sessions, or payments will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are based outside the UK, you may have statutory rights in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived. These terms do not override any mandatory rights you have under your local law.
Rozek Industries Ltd may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the service following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
If you have significant concerns about changes to the terms, you may cancel any future bookings before the changes take effect.
Any personal data you provide (name, email, payment information) is processed in accordance with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to deliver the service and process payment. Your data will not be sold, shared for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose outside of providing this service.

Sessions are conducted via secure video call. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability, we are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues on your end, server outages, or third-party platform failures. In the event of a significant technical issue, we will work to reschedule your session without additional charge.
By booking a session with Rozek Industries Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book a session.
